Sales Rep
Spartacus Consulting, a web application software and consulting company, is looking to expand it's sales force throughout the United States. Spartacus needs enthusiastic and career minded exceptional Independent Sales Representative's to market software technology to commercial & institutional accounts.
Basics: You must be able to acquire new business through prospecting, written correspondence, email, & cold calling. You must be able to analyze business requirements and technology needs of existing and potential clients. Bachelor Degree is a plus but experience speaks louder then academic theory.
Compensation: This is a commission position with opportunity for salary + commission after proving your sales ability. Spartacus knows good people when we see them. That's why this position would be home office based and you should be a self-starter able to work independently. The commission will be in the range of 20-30% for the initial sale plus 1-2% of the reoccurring license fees.
Job Experience: Sales, cold-calling, B2B sales, oral & written skills, problem-solvers, organized, detail oriented, multi-task, and assertive. Demonstrated a clear track record of meeting or exceeding quota with documentation/references showing past sales success. Experience working with a small company is a plus.
